We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience. The adecuado candidate will be on-site and remote technical support to end users, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity issues. This role requires strong customer service, analytical thinking, and hands-on technical expertise to maintain a high level of user satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform field service activities including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting,



and repair of hardware and software systems.
• - Provide remote and on-site technical support to end users.
• - Maintain detailed service logs and documentation.
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
• - Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and service standards.
• - Train users on system functionality when required.
• -Provide Install Move Add Change (lMAC), Break-Fix and end user support activities as required.
• -Where required, provide support for the Manufacturing “Shop-Floor” handhelds, laptops, and scanner devices.
• - Perform data collection/preservation activities as they relate to migrations and/or eDiscovery.
• - Stage Build and Image systems with standard client image (aka eCore).
