Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities

As Supplier Quality Assurance you will be in charge of Supplier issues, supplier recovery costs, quarantine cost management (incoming), customer satisfaction, non-conformities in IATF certifications.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Responsible for suppliers' quality concerns, managing complaints in a timely manner with the active participation of suppliers.




• Consolidate the quality performance indicators of the suppliers required for the plant and communicate them to the Plant Quality Manager and the Serial Life Buyer.
• Collect and evaluate the supplier's Certificate of Analysis (COA) and schedule a random inbound inspection to confirm compliance of the supplier's shipment, based on current performance and potential risk to the customer.
• Schedule the incoming inspection when the supplier or product is on trial.
• Conduct product or process audits of suppliers' site based on performance or specific customer requirements.
• Update and communicate the Plant Red List of suppliers (the 5 worst suppliers) and formally notify suppliers of their status in coordination with the Serial Life Buyer (e.g., containment, escalation)
• Timely manage and maintain the supplier's quality problem (QP) in the quality management system (QSS) database.
• Request support from the Supplier Quality and Development (SQD) group for an escalated issue.
• Support to PC&L; for situations
