The Role:

The ICT Validation Specialist will report to the Regulatory Compliance Testing Team Lead, and the role may also require executing some testing in financial services subject matter areas other than those outlined above.

Key responsibilities include:

• Execute compliance testing/validation in accordance with program methodology, standard operating procedures, and team leadership guidance to assess the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of customer remediation and restitution effort.

• Evaluate key remediation milestones and validation tollgates—including scoping, population identification, calculation methodology, payment execution—prior to formal task/issue closure.

• Coordinate intake activities, establish validation milestones, participate in planning meetings, and maintain ongoing communication with Issue Owners, Member Remediation, Compliance, and other rele
