? What you’ll do
As an Account Executive, you’ll own Qureos’s commercial expansion across Mexico and the wider LatAm market.
You’ll:
• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to demos, negotiation, and closing.

• Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts.

• Engage with HR, Talent Acquisition, and senior business leaders.

• Run consultative discovery calls and demos focused on solving real hiring challenges.

• Work closely with Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success to drive conversions.

• Keep CRM data and forecasting accurate.

• Identify partnerships and new opportunities to grow across LatAm.





• Help shape our go-to-market strategy as we expand beyond Mexico.

? What we’re looking for
• 2–6 years of B2B or SaaS sales experience with full-cycle closing responsibility.

• Strong knowledge of the Mexican market and broader LatAm business landscape.

• A proven track record of hitting sales quotas.

• Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers.

• Experience in HR Tech, AI, SaaS, recruitment tech, or similar is a strong plus.

• Portuguese is a plus.

• Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

• A self-starter mindset and the ability to thrive in an early-stage, fast-growing environment.
