We're looking for you
At Cuatrecasas, we are seeking to incorporate an Afternoon Receptionist into our Mexico City office.

DUTIES

We are looking for an initiative-driven professional who can effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously, possesses strong communication skills, and demonstrates a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

• Client Service: Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors, both in person and over the phone.

• Call Management: Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to the appropriate department.
Access Control: Register the entry and exit of visitors to help maintain office security.

• Calendar Management: Coordinate appointments, reserve meeting rooms, and manage schedules.

• Correspondence Management: Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and emails.

• Administrative Support: Assist with office inventory control, filing, and database maintenance.





• Event Coordination Support: Provide assistance in organizing internal and external events.
