Education: Bachelors degree (BS or BA) required. Masters degree desirable.
6 or more years of experience of related recruiting experience.
Experience in recruitment within the biopharmaceutical industry and/or sales positions is preferred.
English language fluency (both in writing and speaking) is crucial. Portuguese use is ideal.
Responsible for the full life-cycle of the recruiting process.
Partner with hiring managers and HR Department to develop a systematic and clear recruitment strategy to fill 20+ new positions every 6 months.
Establish ongoing relationships with hiring managers in order to understand their business and recruitment needs.
Develop interview & recruiting skills of new hiring managers.
Emphasis will be placed on direct contact to potential candidates, industry networking and the use of advertising to attract a diverse pool of top talent, always maintaining the company's corporate culture, mission, and vision.
Responsible for managing external search firms when vendor services are needed.
Participate in recruitment functions including job fairs, conferences and career events targeting unique applicant populations.
Using established compensation ranges conduct salary and offer negotiations.
The role will require travel up to 40% of the time within the North American region and to the corporate headquarters.
Knowledge and skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required. Must possess good influencing skills.
Work is performed under general direction. Participates in determining objectives of assignments and open requisitions.
Solid and proven experience in executive search and/or agency recruiting.
Demonstrated experience in building candidate pipelines through direct sourcing.
Knowledge of regional employment law and general human resources practices.
Significant experience with screening, interviewing, and managing the offer process.
Strong experience with professional & social media, the utilization of company referral programs, and networking to achieve recruiting results.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office essential and Workday Recruiting / Avature CRM desirable
Proactive approach in terms of identifying, evaluating and influencing Hiring Managers
