About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Application Engineer to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. The idóneo candidate combines strong hands-on development expertise with deep Salesforce platform knowledge and the ability to engage effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

This role requires an individual who can independently design solutions, write production-quality code, and solve complex business challenges using Salesforce technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce Platform capabilities.
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and actionable development plans.
- Develop and integrate APIs with internal and external platforms.
- Conduct solution reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.




- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders throughout the software lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions and integrations.
- Work directly with clients and business stakeholders, providing technical guidance and solution recommendations.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- Apex Development
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flow Development
- SOQL/SOSL
- Salesforce Data Modeling
- Salesforce Integrations (REST/SOAP/Bulk APIs)
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices.
- Proven ability to write scalable, maintainable, and well-tested code.
