Indeed is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Corporate Marketing, who will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive customer actions, including incremental spending and feature adoption, in our top 12 non-US markets. As a collaborative team player, you will work cross-functionally with a variety of departments, including our lifecycle marketing team, product marketing, country marketing, client success, sales, product, UX, and brand.

As a Senior Program Manager, Corporate Marketing, you will play a key role in creating a world-class customer experience for our diverse employer audience. In this role, you will have a relentless focus on driving customer action, such as upselling, retention, and reactivation.

Who you are
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B customer lifecycle campaigns for international markets using a combination of online and offline channels, with an initial focus on email and retargeting campaigns.




- Collaborate with the International Lifecycle Strategy lead to identify and prioritize impactful marketing tests across the entire customer lifecycle, and develop a comprehensive roadmap for execution.
- Effectively test new channels and continually optimize current channels. This includes scaling, optimizing, and monitoring current lifecycle campaigns in multiple markets.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to develop messaging, creative, and promotions.
- Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to identify key opportunities and areas for optimization, and collaborate with business intelligence and data analysts to develop data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Recommend goals and budgets for each campaign and develop an effective roadmap for achieving those goals, while ensuring accountability and transparency throughout the process.
