Lead Requirements Analysis Engineer

What You Will Do
The Lead Requirement Engineer will be responsible for capturing, analyzing, and documenting product/system requirements for various projects. This role will execute key phases of the requirement engineering process, including selecting, implementing, and configuring tools to support these processes. The role demands a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and effective communication ability.

How You Will Do It
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop detailed technical specifications, including functional, non-functional, and system architecture requirements.
- Maintain and update the requirement traceability matrix to ensure alignment across all project phases.
- Participate in design reviews, testing, and validation to ensure systems meet defined requirements.
- Identify potential risks and issues, conduct risk assessments, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Manage changes to product/system requirements, update documentation, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Select, implement,



and configure tools to support the requirement engineering process.
- Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements to streamline workflows.
- Mentor team members in requirement analysis and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

What We Look For
Required:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or Science; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in design or requirement engineering roles.
- Proficiency in coding (Python, R, or MATLAB) and experience with tools like JAMA, DOORS, or JIRA.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; detail-oriented and team-focused.

Preferred:
- Familiarity with A-SPICE, ISO 26262, and battery systems (Li-ion or lead-acid).
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and matrix organizations.
