Chief Financial Officer (CFO) | C-Level Executive Opportunity Be the Financial Architect of the Company's Next Stage of Growth
This is a true C-Level position for a senior executive who can combine financial discipline, strategic thinking, operational rigor, and strong business judgment to support profitable growth and long-term value creation.
The CFO will work directly with the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive leadership team , serving as a strategic business partner and taking full ownership of the company's financial direction, performance, governance, and transformation agenda.
The idóneo candidate has significant experience leading service-based organizations, intangible products, recurring or complex commercial models , and has demonstrated success managing P&L; performance, turnaround initiatives, financial controls, operational efficiency, and scalable growth.
Define and lead the company's overall financial strategy in alignment with long-term business objectives.
Take full ownership of financial performance, business trends, executive analysis, and corrective actions.




Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis.
Present financial performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board.
Maintain executive accountability for P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital, profitability, and financial health .
Financial Operations & Performance
Oversee accounting, treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit, tax, fixed assets, and financial reporting.
Strengthen financial processes, controls, governance, and management information.
Lead CapEx planning, expense management, and financial coordination across business units.
Develop financial KPIs and dashboards that provide management with clear visibility into business performance.
Ensure compliance with MX GAAP, applicable tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements .
Oversee internal and external audits.
