We are seeking an energetic, execution-focused
Marketing Manager
to lead and support our cross-channel marketing and business growth strategies. In this role, you will work closely with management and our founder to drive brand visibility, oversee content distribution, manage off-site SEO, execute PR outreach, and expand our B2B sales pipeline.
The adecuado candidate is a proactive strategist and executor who takes full ownership of campaigns, maintains team organization, and optimizes daily workflows through modern AI tools. Key Responsibilities Social Media & Content Strategy:
Develop and maintain the content calendar; oversee and schedule approved posts across Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn; drive community engagement; repurpose core assets across channels; and organize digital brand files. Off-Site SEO & Authority Building:
Identify high-authority publications, blogs, directories, and industry discussions (Google, Reddit, Substack) for backlinking, guest writing, and expert features; lead outreach efforts. PR, Podcasts & Founder Visibility:
Lead PR outreach,



podcast pitching, and speaker sourcing; secure panels, conferences, and interviews for Stacey; source high-profile guests for internal features. B2B Sales Support & Lead Generation:
Build and manage targeted prospect lists for dermatologists, medspas, and aesthetic accounts; research key decision-makers; manage LinkedIn outreach; maintain CRM records; and support appointment setting for our founder and the sales team. Brand Collaborations & Partnerships:
Identify complementary brands for co-marketing, develop collaboration concepts, and handle partner outreach and follow-up. Campaign & Performance Management:
Assist in launching and monitoring ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and Pinterest; maintain UTM links; ensure asset launch readiness; and report periodically on campaign KPIs. Creative & Design Coordination:
Create basic visual materials and adapt existing assets for social media, print, brochures
