Bilingual Bookkeeper Assistant –

And we’re looking for a Bilingual Bookkeeper Assistant to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Review and verify charges and pricing for accuracy.
Input and manage charges within the company's systems.
Double-check pricing and identify discrepancies or errors.
Support day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
Work with proprietary systems and established processes.
Communicate professionally with clients as needed.
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when handling financial information.

Qualifications:
Previous bookkeeping experience.
Accounting background or relevant accounting experience.
Bilingual communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable reviewing numbers, charges, and pricing.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and follow established processes.
Comfortable learning proprietary systems.




Candidates must be based in Latin America or Mexico .

Technical Requirements:
USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
Working Webcam
Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule and Location:
Schedule: Part-Time, flexible within 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Location: Latin America & Mexico

Salary Package:
$600.00 per month
