Why Work with Us? At Pearl, we’re not just another recruiting firm—we connect you with exceptional opportunities to work alongside visionary US and EU founders. Our focus is on placing you in roles where you can grow, make an impact, and build a long-term career. We believe in creating environments where your potential is recognized, your voice matters, and your success is tied to meaningful work—not short-term perks. Joining Pearl means stepping into opportunities that challenge you, support you, and set you up for lasting success.
Role Overview: This role owns both co-founders' LinkedIn accounts end to end, from ideation and founder interviews to drafting, editing, and publishing. It also covers PR and video storytelling, long-form content such as case studies and newsletters, and the content calendar across channels. Within 90 days, the founders' LinkedIn runs through this role, posts go out on a consistent schedule, and the founders make light edits instead of rewriting. Within the first year,
success means at least one shipped PR or video storyline, and founder posts that readers recognize as authentic rather than AI-generated.
Your Impact You will drive measurable growth in engagement, brand visibility, and conversion through high-performing content strategies. Your work will directly influence lead generation and revenue by crafting compelling narratives across multiple platforms.
You will improve content efficiency and scalability by leveraging AI tools and automation, enabling faster execution without compromising quality. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining brand consistency and elevating content standards across all channels while supporting cross-functional marketing initiatives
Core Responsibilities
Founder Ghostwriting
Own both co-founders' LinkedIn accounts end to end: ideation, founder interviews, drafting, editing, and publishing.
Turn voice notes, call recordings, and rough ideas into publish-ready posts in each founder's voice.
Write hooks and endings that earn attention without clickbait, broetry, or AI clichés.
Keep a consistent weekly posting cadence, with light founder edits by day 90.
Storytelling, PR & Scriptwriting
Interview candidates, clients, and team members and turn their experiences into written narratives.
Write storylines and scripts for PR initiatives and documentary-style video.
Produce long-form articles, case studies, and newsletters.
Content Operations & Reporting
Run the content calendar across channels and manage review and approval cycles with the founders and growth team.
Track engagement, audience growth, and inbound leads from content, and adjust topics and formats based on results.
Use AI tools for research and outlining while keeping every final draft human-written.
Requirements
Must-Have
3+ years of professional experience in B2B ghostwriting (founder or company POV), copywriting, or content marketing
Portfolio with published samples in at least 3 of these areas: social copy, website copy, paid ads copy, sales talk tracks, founder or brand storytelling
Published LinkedIn ghostwriting under a founder's or executive's name, with engagement or audience-growth results
Conversion copy samples (hooks, headlines, CTAs) with measurable results such as CTR, engagement rate, or conversion rate
Experience running interviews and turning them into stories, scripts, or case studies
C2 English (CEFR) for publish-ready writing in a native US founder voice

Experience with social scheduling and content calendar tools (Taplio, Buffer, Hootsuite, Notion, or equivalent)
Startup or B2B SaaS content experience, including work within brand systems or a content strategy
SEO for website copy: keyword research, on-page optimization, and search-intent writing
Video script or documentary-style storyline writing
