JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Departmental Manager, the Intern will be assigned a structured project at the beginning of their internship program, which they will work diligently to complete throughout the duration of their employment. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated college students to gain hands-on, practical experience in their chosen field of study while contributing meaningfully to the operations of Radwell International's Santiago de Querétaro, Mexico location.

The intern will be integrated into one of the following departments based on their academic background, skills, and organizational needs:

- Engineering
- Human Resources
- Production
- Marketing
- Legal
- Sales
- Purchasing and Supply Chain
- Information Technology (IT)
- Accounting

Departmental assignments may be modified from time to time based on business needs, and other duties, tasks, and work may be assigned as necessary.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The intern will be assigned a specific project to complete at the beginning of their employment. In this position, the intern will contribute to project-based deliverables that are aligned with their field of study and relevant to the department in which they are hired.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Conducting research and analysis relevant to the assigned department.

Supporting team members with day-to-day operational tasks.

Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as required.

Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas and insights.

Applying academic knowledge to solve real-world business challenges.

Demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to assigned tasks.





Maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

METRICS
Productivity is determined by the timely and accurate completion of assigned projects and tasks, quality of work, ability to meet established deadlines, application of academic knowledge to assigned projects, collaboration with team members, responsiveness to feedback, and demonstrated progress throughout the internship.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Spanish.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and responsibilities.

Ability to understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.

Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and work independently.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, integral work environment.

Professional attitude, initiative, and strong work ethic.

PROGRAM REQUIEREMENTS

This internship program is designed for university students who are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or equivalent university program and have completed a minimum of two years of study. To be considered for this internship, applicants must submit the following:

A letter from their university or educational institution confirming that the student is currently enrolled and covered by the institution's student insurance during the internship period.





An official academic transcript or equivalent document showing their current academic standing.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachillerato).

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or equivalent university program related to the department of interest.

Relevant coursework, academic projects, or extracurricular activities are a plus.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Sitting, reaching, frequent walking, and the ability to communicate effectively in person and by telephone.

EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY

Probationary Review -- Will be written at approximately 80 days after employment and will be used to determine whether employment will continue

Monthly reviews – All staff members will be evaluated on the performance of their duties, which are measured by individual goals.

Annual Reviews – All staff members will receive an annual review approximately in January of every year, which details the employee’s performance and attitude during the year. This review may result in an increase in pay.

WORK SCHEDULE
The work hours will be dependent upon what is necessary to support, manage, and achieve the goals and necessary productivity levels of the subordinate staffs. Normal working hours of staff members will be Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with half an hour for lunch. Adherence to attendance and coverage policies is expected to be followed diligently. Time off will be granted in accordance with company policy.
