Coordinate and monitor export shipments to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant cross-border deliveries. Prepare, review, and manage export documentation, including Export Pedimentos, COVE, DODA, commercial invoices, packing lists, and supporting shipping documents. Coordinate export customs clearances and border crossings with carriers, customs brokers, customers, and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with Mexican Customs Law, export regulations, and customer requirements. Maintain accurate export records and electronic files in accordance with customs and company policies. Monitor shipment status, identify potential delays, and provide proactive solutions to ensure on-time delivery. Analyze export operation data and generate reports to track KPIs and operational performance. Validate export declarations and supporting documentation prior to customs clearance. Ensure accuracy of information within customs, transportation, and ERP systems to minimize discrepancies and compliance risks. Support internal audits, trade compliance reviews,



and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. 5 years of experience in export operations, customs compliance, or international logistics. Strong knowledge of Mexican Customs Law, RGCE, Annex 22, and export regulations. Experience managing export documentation and customs compliance processes. Proficiency with VUCEM, SOIA, CAAREM, and related customs platforms. Knowledge of international transportation, export procedures, and cross-border operations. Experience working in IMMEX environments and familiarity with Annex 24 and Annex 30 is preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
