We are seeking a Controlling Senior Specialist with strong experience in FP&A;, controlling, and financial reporting within a manufacturing environment. This individual will play a key role in consolidating financial information, supporting forecasting and closing processes, developing reporting tools, and providing financial insights that drive business performance. The idóneo candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with a proactive mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities: Support the reporting & consolidation of Financial Information for the SB PL. Analys financial statements. Development of new tools to enable plant financial performance (in excel, PBI, PPT) in order to enable the plant's Finance team performance. Provide financial information & guidance to plants. Availability to cover different roles from Plant Controller to Financial analyst at plant level. Financial Procedures and Policies Computer skills:



software: MS Office, One Stream, JD Edwards preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Experience in FP&A;, Controlling, or Financial Analysis within a manufacturing environment. Automotive industry experience is highly desirable. Strong understanding of financial statements, month-end close processes, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls. Advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting and data visualization tools is preferred. Advanced English proficiency. MUST Ability to present financial information to senior leadership. Willingness to travel and support business needs outside of standard working hours when required.
