Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

• Deep understanding of ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards (UL, CSA, TUV, as applicable).
• Strong knowledge of FAI, OQA, AQL, MSA, Process Capability, PFMEA and control plans.
• Extensive experience in end‑to‑end process quality management, including MRB processes, nonconforming material control,



incoming inspection, raw material verification, in‑process quality assurance, final product inspection, and supplier quality management. Proven ability to ensure process stability, compliance to specifications, and continuous improvement.
• Qualification of NPI, including validation plans & documentation.
• Problem Solver, capable of guiding teams through systematic problem-solving processes, ensuring closure of corrective actions with measurable impact. (using structured methodologies such as A3, 8D, DMAIC, PDCA).
• Strong data‑driven decision‑making skills, with the ability to manage and analyze Quality KPIs and KBIs, transform data into actionable insights, identify performance gaps, and implement strategic improvement initiatives that enhance plant efficiency, reduce defects, and strengthen process reliability.
• Proven experience developing and executing customer escape prevention strategies,
