Join our manufacturing team and support daily maintenance and production technical operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is adecuado for recent graduates or students close to graduation who are looking to develop their careers in the automotive or metal-mechanical industry while gaining hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
• Daily management and administration and operation in a Production Technical area:

Production Technical:
• Monitor equipment performance and production processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.




• Support compliance with quality and safety standards.

Requirements
• Recent graduate or currently pursuing the final semester of an Engineering degree (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).
• Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) is desirable.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 is desirable.
• Internship, co-op, or practical experience in a metal-mechanical or automotive manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Upper-Intermediate English
