We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and an interest in logistics and transportation. This role will support the growth of our Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) business by identifying potential customers, generating qualified opportunities, and building relationships with companies that require efficient freight solutions.
Position Overview
As a Sales Development Representative – LTL, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new B2B business opportunities for Envia.com’s LTL services.
You will engage with potential customers, understand their transportation needs, and schedule qualified meetings for the commercial team.



Your work will directly contribute to pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and the expansion of our LTL division.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential B2B customers with Less-Than-Truckload transportation needs.
• Generate qualified sales meetings through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Research target accounts, industries, shipping volumes, and key decision-makers.
• Understand customer logistics requirements, including routes, shipment frequency, volume, weight, and delivery expectations.
• Communicate the value proposition of Envia.com’s LTL transportation solutions.
• Qualify prospects based on business potential, logistics needs, decision-making process, and service compatibility.
• Build and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM platforms.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Operations teams to ensure an effective handoff of qualified
