About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining science, customer engagement and technical solution development. In this role, you will work closely with customers and our Sales team to understand scientific needs, address technical questions, develop appropriate genomic and multi-omics solutions, and support business opportunities throughout the customer journey.

You will also collaborate with Novogene’s Product, R&D; and Operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound, practical and aligned with customer requirements.



The role is well suited to someone who enjoys translating complex scientific needs into clear, actionable solutions and supporting customers through technical discussions, presentations and project development.

Preferred Location: Brazil or Mexico and Chile

What You’ll Do
• Partner closely with the Sales team to understand customer needs, support business opportunities, and help drive opportunities through the sales process.
• Communicate directly with customers to identify and clarify their scientific and technical requirements, address pre-sales questions, and develop appropriate technical solutions.
• Design, prepare and optimize customer-facing technical solutions, presentations and supporting materials based on specific research objectives and applications.
• Deliver technical presentations and support customer meetings, helping communicate the value of our technologies and solutions clearly and effectively.
