SUMMARY
Detail-oriented Staff Accountant with over 5 years of experience in preparing month-end and year-end financial reports, balance sheet reconciliations, and P&L; statements. Highly skilled in supporting internal and external audits, ensuring accurate tax recording, and managing month-end close processes, including monthly accruals. Advanced proficiency in Excel and a strong understanding of local and international financial regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
• Prepare month-end close general ledger journal entries.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of assigned balance sheet accounts, providing explanations and insights to management.
• Record and reconcile inventory transactions in SAP.
• Perform monthly and annual inventory reconciliations.
• Provide inventory-related data and analysis for financial statements and management reports.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations of bank and other balance sheet accounts.
• Support financial close processes (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual), including preparing journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts,



and handling accruals.
• General ledger maintenance.
• Perform general month end closing activities for inventory, reserves and accruals. Tasks included but not limited to journal entries, account reconciliations and supplemental financial schedules
• Other accounting and finance tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting and five years of experience.
