Role Description The Coordinador de mantenimiento is a full-time, on-site role based in Ciudad Juárez, CHH. This role is responsible for coordinating and supervising maintenance activities for production and facility equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Day-to-day tasks include planning and overseeing preventive maintenance schedules, assigning work orders, monitoring maintenance progress, and verifying the quality of completed work. The coordinator will collaborate with operations, safety, and engineering teams to prioritize maintenance needs, comply with regulatory and company standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves managing maintenance documentation, tracking inventory of spare parts and tools, and providing guidance and support to the maintenance team.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Maintenance and Maintenance Management to oversee all maintenance activities and ensure reliable operations.




• Candidates should possess solid Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance skills to diagnose issues, plan interventions, and extend equipment life.
• Candidates should possess effective Supervisory Skills to lead maintenance staff, assign tasks, and promote a safe, high-performance work environment.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of safety standards, manufacturing processes, and basic industrial engineering or technical principles.
• Relevant technical education in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or related fields is preferred, along with experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
