The Role:

The primary purpose of the Accounting Analyst position is to ensure accurate recording, reconciliation, analysis, and reporting of financial transactions in compliance with company policies, internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. The role supports the integrity of financial information by performing day-to-day accounting activities, preparing account reconciliations, assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes, and contributing to timely and accurate financial reporting. The Accounting Analyst collaborates with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting issues, improve processes,



and support business objectives through reliable financial analysis and operational excellence.

This position is located in Querétaro, México.

What You’ll Do:
· Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing and reconciling balance sheet accounts, income statement accounts, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions to support accurate financial reporting.
· Prepare monthly account reconciliations, analyses, and supporting schedules, ensuring balances are properly supported and outstanding items are investigated and resolved in a timely manner.
· Assist in the preparation and reporting of monthly closing results, ensuring financial information is complete, accurate, and submitted within established deadlines.
