Dow is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal Specialist to join its Latin America Legal Team in Mexico City.

About you and this role:
In this role, you will provide legal and operational help to attorneys primarily supporting Mexico and Colombia, while assisting with legal matters and projects across other Latin American jurisdictions. You will contribute to corporate governance, contract administration,



compliance initiatives, legal research, and legal operations activities that support Dow's business objectives.

The adecuado candidate is organized, proactive, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced multinational environment while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality. This position is intended for professionals pursuing a paralegal, legal operations, or legal support career path. Candidates should be comfortable performing a legal support role rather than serving as legal counsel.

Responsibilities:
Legal Research & Analysis:
• Conduct legal and regulatory research across Latin America.

• Review laws, regulations, and corporate documents to support legal matters.

• Prepare summaries and research for attorneys.

Contract & Document Support:
• Draft, review, and revise standard contracts and legal documents under attorney supervisi
