What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)




• Coordinate financial and accounting information between the company, the external accounting firm, and relevant global teams.
• Review and analyze monthly financial statements, including Balance Sheet, P&L;, cash flow, account movements, and significant variances.
• Identify unusual movements, inconsistencies, risks, or potential errors and proactively follow up through resolution.
• Prepare and coordinate bank transactions, supplier payments, intercompany payments, travel expenses, and reimbursements.
• Prepare, review, and submit corporate and global financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established deadlines.
• Analyze actual results versus budget and forecast, explain significant variances, and support annual budgets and financial forecasts.
