Looking for a student who wants real exposure to M&A;, structured financing and strategic advisory, working directly with experienced dealmakers in San Pedro Garza García.

Sativus is a team of professionals who help business owners with their growth challenges, evaluate new projects, and execute key strategic transactions. Our work includes mergers and acquisitions, partner negotiations, financing structuring, and capital raising. We work end to end, from diagnosing a client's needs through to closing the deal.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
○ Financial and market research, plus data gathering and analysis
○ Build complete financial models
○ Prepare presentations, reports and investor/client-facing materials
○ Support the analysis of M&A;, financing and strategic projects
○ Join internal and client meetings to understand project goals and timelines

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
○ Currently enrolled in Finance,



Economics, Accounting or Engineering 1 - 2 years from graduation
○ Strong in Excel, PowerPoint and Word, and comfortable with numbers
○ Clear written and verbal communication, and attention to detail
○ Able to manage several tasks and deadlines at once
○ Professional working proficiency in Spanish and English
○ Genuine interest in investment banking, corporate finance and transactions
○ Prior internship or project experience is a plus
