Role Description The Quality Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Querétaro, Mexico. This role is responsible for monitoring and improving product and process quality, including defining quality standards, conducting inspections, and analyzing quality data to identify trends and root causes. The Quality Engineer collaborates with production,



engineering, and supply chain teams to implement corrective and preventive actions, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with customer and internal requirements. Daily activities include managing quality documentation, supporting audits, handling nonconformities, and communicating with stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues. The role also contributes to new product introductions by validating quality plans and ensuring robust quality controls are in place.

• Strong foundation in Quality Engineering, including methods, tools, and data analysis relevant to manufacturing environments.
