Be the first call that changes what a home can earnMost homeowners have no idea what their house could earn as a short-term rental. You're the one who tells them. Every owner you bring in becomes a home our team designs, launches and runs, and a bigger paycheck for you.

This seat is the front door of our growth. You'll work directly with one of our co-founders, and what you do on the phones shows up in our numbers within weeks.

Why HomeHopWe're one of the largest short-term rental operators in Ohio: roughly 140 homes across Cleveland, Akron, Columbus, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh and Indianapolis, with new markets ahead. We've launched two investment funds and are planning a third. And we don't do beige. Our homes are the ones with the pickleball court, the hot tub and the game room, the listings people screenshot.

The roleThis is a phone-first, high-volume outreach role. You set the meetings; our Chief Growth Officer runs them and closes. Your scoreboard is simple: qualified meetings held, and owners who sign and go live.
