Sr. Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience in process analysis and business requirements to join our team

What you will do:
• Map and document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes.
• Analyze complex processes to find gaps, inconsistencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Turn business needs into clear functional requirements that teams can act on.
• Document business rules, flows, exceptions, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead workshops and discovery sessions with business, operations, and technology teams.
• Resolve ambiguities and align definitions across multiple stakeholders.
• Follow up on implementation and confirm that solutions meet business needs.
• Take part in transformation and continuous improvement projects for operational processes.

What you’ll need:





• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in the Retail industry, especially store operations, warehouses, inventory, cash registers, payment methods, and operational finance processes.
• A track record of documenting complex end-to-end processes.
• Experience gathering functional requirements for enterprise products or systems.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Operations, Business, Technology, Product, Development).
• Strong analytical thinking and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Location: The position is based in Mexico City and requires working on-site in Polanco, CDMX.
