Your Role at Baxter
As a Manufacturing Engineer II, you will lead and support the integration of manufacturing processes transferred from other Baxter sites while driving continuous improvement across existing operations. This role combines technical problem-solving, project leadership,



and process optimization to improve product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and operational performance.
You will serve as a trusted engineering partner to manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams, helping to ensure processes are scalable, compliant, and capable of meeting business and customer needs. Through your work, you will directly contribute to operational excellence and support Baxter's mission of improving outcomes for patients worldwide.
