As a Workday Integrations Senior Associate, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless use of Workday applications within our Digital Core Modernisation practice. As a Senior Associate you will build meaningful client connections, manage assigned workstreams, guide junior team members, and navigate more complex situations while developing your personal brand and technical skills. In this role at PwC, you will support Workday integration work across a range of consulting services,



use critical thinking to break down complex concepts, interpret data for insights, and contribute to deliverables that help clients improve operational efficiency and advance their business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client integration requirements across Workday applications and translating them into workable technical designs
• Designing, configuring, and testing Workday integrations using established tools, methods, and delivery approaches
• Developing interface specifications, data mappings, and integration documentation to support implementation workstreams
• Troubleshooting integration issues, reviewing error logs, and applying root-cause analysis to resolve system defects
• Collaborating with client stakeholders and internal teams to align integration solutions with business process needs and project timelines
• Supporting deployment activities, cutover planning, and post go-live stabiliz
