? What You'll Do

✅ Lead packaging evaluations and cost analysis during the RFQ phase to improve quotation accuracy.
✅ Drive technical innovation and continuous improvement initiatives related to packaging development and logistics.
✅ Manage packaging development for new projects from concept to implementation, including:

Concept design
Prototype development
Testing & validation
Customer approval
Production handover

✅ Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and manufacturing teams to define packaging requirements and deliver cost-effective solutions.
✅ Analyze domestic and international OEM packaging and logistics requirements to optimize packaging performance and customer satisfaction.




✅ Implement lean logistics initiatives by improving packaging designs, transportation methods, layouts, tools, and material handling systems.
✅ Ensure packaging projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with customer and business expectations.

? What We're Looking For

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Packaging Engineering, or related field.
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in the field
✔ Experience managing packaging projects from concept through launch.
✔ Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, and packaging optimization.
✔ Knowledge of automotive industry requirements and OEM standards is highly desirable.
✔ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
