Lead and manage production, maintenance, and support teams to meet operational goals.
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
Collaborate with senior leadership on planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of applicable experience
