Job Summary

The Learning Experience Coordinator is a key operational partner supporting University of Farmers learning, training, and leadership development programs. This role ensures that the logistics and administrative activities behind learning programs are organized, accurate, and delivered on time.

You will coordinate training schedules, learning cohorts, facilitators, learner registrations, leadership development events, workshops, credentialing programs, and stakeholder meetings. As a central point of contact for learners, facilitators, vendors, and business partners, you will help create a seamless learning experience while ensuring program details, communications, calendars, materials, and records are properly managed.

This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced learning environ
