About the Role
As a Global Demand Planning Lead, you will be responsible for managing all forecasting activities associated with customers and products,



and directing the demand planning team to create and maintain forecast models for customers, incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from multiple sources.

Develop the SKU-level demand plan for their region, customers, and products. This plan becomes the key input into the General S&OP; process that is then rolled up against the global supply plan. They will also be the conduit back to sales on supply/delivery constraints.

What You Will Do
• Develop and maintain SKU-level demand plans for assigned regions, customers, channels, and product groups.
• Prepare statistical and judgmental forecasts across multiple planning horizons using historical performance, commercial inputs, promotions, product lifecycle changes, and market information.
• Support monthly demand reviews by preparing analyses and documenting assumptions, risks, opportunities, decisions, and follow-up actions.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product
