Job Description
Position: Solutions/Business Analyst(5-7 years)
Business Analyst to support Supply Chain area. This role involves performing comprehensive testing, creating detailed test cases, and gathering requirements for enhancements and Supplier deliverables.
Mandatory Skills • Client is looking for candidates with strong supply chain knowledge, hands-on data analysis experience, and practical expertise with tools such as ERP and SQL.
• Should have experience with SQL queries and able to debug and resolve a variety of issues (bugs, performance, and user) by reading through trace files.
• Should have excellent communication skills, capability to work under pressure and tight timelines.
• Should have experience working in onsite-offshore model and should be ready to work with offshore in the onshore / offshore overlap time zone and interface directly with US-based stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and prepare/write functional documentation.
• Design, validate, monitor, and execute comprehensive system tests and create detailed test cases.




• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and meet project deadlines.

Nice-to-Have Skills• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Experience with testing automation tools.
