Shift Days - Shift Hours: As Needed/ 7:00am-7:30pm or 7:00pm-7:30am (Any day/night of weekday/weeknight)

Crisis -Ellendale RRC, 700 Main Street, Ellendale DE 19941

Salary/Hourly Wage:

$34.00-37.00/hour

Specialties / Licenses Or Certifications
- Master’s Degree in Psychology,



Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Associate Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field required. Independent Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field preferred.
- State designation as required per state regulations.

Summary of Job:

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for monitoring the administrative needs of an assigned shift including utilization and capacity management, supplies, meals and maintenance requirements.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Team Leadership:
- Provides leadership, coaching and supervision for all staff on assigned staff.
- Guides the implementation of the discharge planning process.
- Guest Care & Advocacy:
- Completes assessments for individuals brought to the facility, developing treatment plans and recovery solutions in partnership with the individual.
