Role Overview

In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruiting for a variety of positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand role requirements, shape sourcing strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience. You will help build strong talent pipelines, support hiring decisions with market insight, and keep recruitment activity moving with quality and consistency.





What will you do?
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback coordination, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, define role profiles, and align on sourcing approaches.
- Create or refine job descriptions and support the development of effective hiring plans for each requisition.
- Conduct competency-based screening and coordinate interview panels and debrief discussions.
- Build and maintain active talent pipelines through job boards, professional networks, referrals, social recruiting, and industry groups.
- Use platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Workday to identify, track, and manage talent.
- Engage passive candidates and nurture relationships for current and future hiring needs.
