Position: Business Head / Senior Sales Manager

Main Purpose

To spearhead the company’s expansion and market entry in Mexico. The role focuses on driving commercial growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing the entire business operation, and ensuring high service standards while overseeing the financial health, marketing strategy, and market positioning of the subsidiary.

Responsibilities
- Business Development & Commercial Strategy: Drive exponential growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding the client base, and executing sales strategies for high-precision industrial machinery.
- Marketing Leadership: Define and execute local marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, position the company as a leader in the industrial sector,



and support lead generation initiatives.
- Commercial Leadership: Serve as the primary driver of the company’s revenue, managing the full sales cycle of complex solutions and overseeing the local service operation.
- Team Leadership & Management: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance sales, marketing, and service team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the financial health of the local operation, ensuring cost-effective processes and the achievement of ambitious revenue and profitability targets.
- Strategic Growth: Implement the long-term vision for the Mexican market, ensuring that local operations align with the international headquarters' growth objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or a related field).
