As the Senior Lead, Digital, Mexico, you will own the digital commercial strategy and performance for On's Mexico business, playing a key role in unlocking the next phase of digital growth in one of our most important markets.
With a strong commercial and customer-centric mindset, you will identify opportunities to accelerate revenue growth, acquire and retain customers, and continuously improve the digital experience.
You will translate regional and global priorities into locally relevant strategies and actions, balancing commercial performance with the premium positioning and experience that define On.
This role operates in a highly dynamic, collaborative and matrixed environment, partnering closely with LATAM, Americas and Global teams, as well as cross-functional partners across Media Performance, On-site Merchandising, Merchandising, Demand & Supply Planning, Operations, Buying, Marketing, Finance, B2B and Retail.
Your Mission:
- As part of the Mexico leadership team you will work as an important member of the country organization.




- Lead and execute the end-to-end digital commercial strategy for Mexico, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution to drive revenue, traffic, conversion, customer acquisition, retention, and ROI.
- Play a pivotal role in the Mexico GTM strategy, ensuring brand, product, marketing and commercial priorities are connected and translated into clear digital actions.
- Identify and lead transformative digital growth opportunities, using customer insights, market trends and performance data to accelerate revenue growth and strengthen customer engagement.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Mexican digital consumer, using behavioral and customer journey insights to shape strategies across On's digital properties and channels.
