Where no two days are the same.## Your Role* Lead end-to-end integration delivery, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.* Develop and maintain HR system integrations between cloud and enterprise applications using API-driven architectures.* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.* Troubleshoot, support, and optimize integrations throughout testing and production environments within a DevOps framework.* Create and maintain technical documentation, integration patterns,



and best practices aligned with organizational standards.## Your Profile* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.* Strong experience in Java development and enterprise integration technologies.* Hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark (PySpark preferred), and Delta Lake.* Proficiency in SQL, data modeling concepts, XML, JSON, and cloud-based integration services.* Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Nexus, and Jira.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills, with experience in Agile environments and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).* Advanced English communication skills.* Availability to work onsite in CDMX.## What you'll love* Contribute to building a better future for people, planet, and society.* Thrive in a diverse, respec
