The Senior Delivery Lead - Enterprise Programs will join the Enterprise PMO and lead large-scale,



cross-functional programs spanning IT, business operations, and multiple geographies across the US and Latin America. The immediate focus of this role is a major multi-country integration program, with ongoing responsibility for enterprise programs as business needs evolve.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Program leadership and governance
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale programs: define program structure, governance model, workstream charters, milestones, risk frameworks, and executive reporting cadence
- Own the integrated program plan across all workstreams, ensuring dependencies are mapped, critical path is visible, and milestone dates are tracked rigorously
- Establish and run program governance: steering committees, workstream coordination, RAID management, decision escalation protocols, and status reporting
- Drive accountability across workstream owners, ensuring cross
