- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, ensuring optimal performance.
- Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Manage key client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact for strategic recruitment initiatives.
- Drive innovation in sourcing, assessment, and candidate engagement methodologies.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze performance data, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
