Overview
The Analyst, Account Management will support the growth, retention, and success of Arcus' client portfolio by providing analytical, operational, and relationship management support.



Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders, this role helps drive client satisfaction, business growth, and operational excellence.
In This Role You Will
- Support the management and growth of strategic client relationships.
- Build and maintain relationships with business, product, operational, and technical stakeholders.
- Analyze client performance, transaction trends, and key business metrics.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and client-facing presentations.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and product adoption.
- Coordinate with Product, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Customer Support teams to address client needs.
- Support onboarding, implementations, and ongoing client initiatives.
- Maintain accurate account information and activity within Salesforce and other internal systems.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
