We ensure that front-line agents, advanced escalation engineers, and field service partners possess the exact technical capabilities and critical information required to resolve complex customer challenges rapidly and accurately. Moving beyond traditional corporate training, our team operates as embedded Readiness Partners directly aligned with specific business units.

The Centralized Managed Support Operations (CMSO) organization is seeking a Knowledge & Learning Program Manager to serve as the dedicated Readiness Partner for the Customer Care business unit.
