About our client

We are currently working with a leading Mexican consumer-services company with a broad national presence and a complex, multi-site operating platform that seeks a CEO to lead its next stage of growth and transformation. The company aims to hire an accomplished, hands-on leader with a strong track record of managing complex organizations and coordinating multi-functional teams to deliver against strategic and operational objectives. The successful candidate will combine strategic vision with strong execution capabilities and the ability to drive performance across the organization. The CEO will have responsibility for all key functions, including sales and marketing, operations, finance, human resources, legal, and technology/IT. A central part of the mandate will be to lead a multi-year transformation and expansion program, strengthening the existing business while identifying and executing new avenues for growth. The position is based in Mexico City. What the job involves

- Provide overall leadership and direction across the entire organization, ensuring all functions are aligned around a common business strategy
- Translate the company's strategy into clear priorities, processes, KPIs, and execution plans across all areas
- Oversee business performance and ensure that financial, operational, commercial, and customer objectives are coordinated around the company's strategy
- Lead the company's business transformation, including the implementation of new processes, technology, automation, and ways of working, while maintaining business continuity and strong employee engagement
- Work closely with the President and Board, providing strategic leadership,



business judgment, and accountability for the company's overall performance
- Ensure close coordination between sales and operations, aligning commercial commitments with operational execution and customer delivery
- Drive the company's growth and expansion strategy, identifying opportunities to scale the business and strengthen its market position
- Foment coordination and communication among functional leaders, building a culture of shared accountability and success across the organization
- Ensure that technology and digital initiatives are effectively integrated into the broader business strategy and operating model

Who we are looking for

- Extensive senior leadership experience, ideally as a CEO, Managing Director, Country Manager, or equivalent in consumer services, hospitality, restaurants, healthcare, retail, or other customer-facing businesses
- Proven experience overseeing and leading multiple business functions simultaneously, including operations, sales, finance, HR, legal, technology, and marketing
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, or similar field
- Experience developing, implementing, and leading business strategies across an organization
- Proven track record in business transformation, process improvement, technology adoption, and automation
- Proven experience transforming, professionalizing, and scaling organizations
- Special emphasis on customer service, operational performance, productivity, and quality delivery & execution
- Proven experience transforming, professionalizing, and scaling organizations
- Excellent communication skills, strong commercial acumen, and hands-on operational mindset
