Job Objective

The BD Manager (Fintech & Platform Partnerships) will be responsible for driving strategic B2B expansion within Mexico's fast-growing digital finance, fintech, and platform ecosystem. This role focuses on identifying, structuring, negotiating, and executing embedded-finance, referral, and co-marketing partnership agreements to expand our distribution channels and scale commercial reach.

Key Responsibilities & Activities
- Digital Ecosystem & Partnership Sourcing: Proactively identify, pitch, and engage target digital finance companies, tech platforms, e-commerce ecosystems,



and fintech players to structure commercial partnerships (embedded finance, referral networks, co-marketing, and co-lending).
- Commercial Deal Structuring: Independently negotiate and close complex B2B partnership agreements, defining commercial terms such as revenue-share, CPA/CPL (Cost Per Acquisition/Lead), and shared risk parameters.
- Execution & Senior Counterpart Management: Professionally engage and manage relationships with senior-level executive counterparts at target companies, taking ownership of deals from initial contact to formal execution and launch.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate internally with Product, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams to ensure partnership structures align with underwriting criteria, legal requirements, and operational capabilities.
