or New Product Introduction (NPI) environments. The role will support the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for new product launches while working closely with multidisciplinary and global teams.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
• Develop, document, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, equipment, and production methods to support successful product launches.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Integral Manufacturing teams to ensure manufacturability and process readiness.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams focused on developing and deploying manufacturing platforms for new products.
