We are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the executive leadership team and lead the financial strategy of a growing services organization.

This is a true C-Level position for a senior executive who can combine financial discipline, strategic thinking, operational rigor, and strong business judgment to support profitable growth and long-term value creation.

The CFO will work directly with the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive leadership team, serving as a strategic business partner and taking full ownership of the company’s financial direction, performance, governance, and transformation agenda.

The idóneo candidate has significant experience leading service-based organizations, intangible products, recurring or complex commercial models, and has demonstrated success managing P&L; performance, turnaround initiatives, financial controls, operational efficiency, and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities





Enterprise Financial Strategy
- Define and lead the company’s overall financial strategy in alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and strategic advisor to the CEO and Board.
- Take full ownership of financial performance, business trends, executive analysis, and corrective actions.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis.
- Provide clear financial insight to support strategic decision-making and capital allocation.
- Present financial performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board.
- Maintain executive accountability for P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital, profitability, and financial health.

Financial Operations & Performance
- Oversee accounting, treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit, tax, fixed assets, and financial reporting.
