We are looking for an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and High-Volume Event (HVE) Planning Manager to own the process that aligns strategy, demand, supply, and financials into a single operating plan for Mexico Operations, across both steady-state and peak events. In this role, you will connect functions and teams to one unified plan, anticipating the capacity needed to fulfill demand while driving faster speed, lower operating costs, and higher capacity utilization.

You will lead end-to-end demand and capacity planning for the routine business and for the highest-demand periods of the year, including Prime Day and Peak. That means building event-level demand and capacity plans, defining the levers to protect speed and cost when volume runs heavy or light against plan, and running a structured readiness and post-event review cadence so each event improves on the last. You will partner closely with the First Mile, Middle Mile, and Last Mile teams and with the Network Design Program Manager to deliver a coordinated plan that senior leadership can hold the organization accountable to.

Key job responsibilities
- Help plan capacity based on volume plans published by each mile within Supply Chain team.
- Influence last mile network strategy and ensure capacity is enough to meet demand.
- Build strategies that will build the right capacity plan to support upside in package demand while optimizing for cost speed and service performance.
- Work cross-functionally and understand the long-term requirements of all programs that leverage each mile network.
